Pastoral Care

The Pastoral Care ministry is dedicated to serving with Christ’s compassionate care and hope during times of illness, loss, and life challenges. This ministry network is comprised of pastoral staff, lay leaders and volunteers. Our goal is to bear one another’s burdens to assure you that help is available and you are not alone.

We provide the following ministries:

Hospital visitation

Calls and cards to members recovering from illness

Homebound communion and prayer

Funeral Service planning and assistance

Bereavement support

Pastoral counseling and support in times of crisis

New believer encouragement

Weekend emergencies:

A pastor is available to assist you in emergency situations such as death or serious illness on the week end (Thursday 5:00 pm - Monday 8:30 am). For after hours emergencies call 770-222-7023 and follow instructions to contact the weekend Minister on Call.
